This ​​sheet metal processing company, suffered from negative pressure and high temperatures due to the many machines and were looking for sustainable climate control to provide a comfortable working environment for their employees. Oxycom installed 6 IntrCooll units with Flashing Kit and Heat Reclaim modules. These ensure a comfortable temperature, fresh air, and optimum air pressure all year round.

Neuman Aluminium benefits from 9,800 m³/h of fresh air with Oxycom’s IntrCooll. The system replaces a 367kW chiller, saving 71% in operating costs and 80% in energy while reducing temperatures by up to 7 °C and moisture input by up to 70% compared to direct adiabatic cooling.

At the pharmaceutical distribution center of MiliporeSigma, twelve of our IntrCooll units provide 23.3 °C (74 °F) indoor temperature with average supply temperatures around 13 - 14 °C (55.4 - 57.2 °F) even during the heatwave in California, USA.

126 000 m³/h fresh air and 85 tons of CO2 emissions reduction are achieved by Senoplast through the installation of our innovative sustainable climate control with the support from our Austrian partner, Infranorm.

Oxycom delivered 16 IntrCooll Plus units integrated with 16 Natural Ventilator and 9 Heat Reclaim modules to comfortably cool and ventilate their production facility with a total surface of 11.664 m².

eXtra Stores is one of the most popular electronics stores in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Oman. Oxycom’s IntrCooll was installed in two of the newly built eXtra stores, proving to be the ultimate solution for highly efficient sustainable comfort cooling at 54% net cost savings. 

After installation of our IntrCooll units at the production site of Capri Sun, a pleasant indoor temperature of 22 °C is achieved even at an outside temperature of 37 °C. Under optimal conditions, deeper cooling with a temperature difference of up to 17 °C can be achieved. 

To provide fresh air and comfortable cooling, 6 IntrCooll units are installed at the production plant of Rembrantin where the coating activity generated a tremendous amount of heat from the hot coated metal.

Hassink Verpakkingsdrukwerk boosts employee comfort and production efficiency with Oxycom's IntrCooll, delivering fresh, filtered air and preventing static, dust, and material issues.

In addition to the extremely energy-saving system, which uses the layer ventilation principle to ensure clean air in the new welding shop, the employees also benefit from the integrated hall cooling. This provides GMT employees with particularly sustainable protection against welding fumes and high temperatures in the hall.

Struggling with poor air quality and high energy costs, Swiss luxury metal caster Brogioli SA turned to Oxycom’s IntrCooll. Cleverclima installed 2 IntrCooll Plus units (14,000 m³/h) and 1 IntrCooll Standard unit (6,000 m³/h), achieving superior cooling, enhancing air quality and high energy savings. 

Grupo Bimbo's Dnipro bakery enjoys Oxycom's IntrCooll with six units providing 84,000 m³/h of fresh, cooled air. Installed seamlessly by Astra, the system halves air supply, doubles energy savings, and saves over €25,000 annually while significantly improving employee comfort and well-being.

Sports Direct - Belgium, part of the House of Fraser group, chose our sustainable cooling via BeProactive to handle summer temperatures over 40°C in their logistics hall. Our two-stage evaporative cooling system reduced temperatures to 22°C last summer, ensuring employee satisfaction despite occasional spikes to 24°C.

The new condensers installed by Steris were delivered with Oxycom's PreCooll. Energy consumption dropped by up to 40% and peak power by 30%. In addition to this, the condenser cooling capacity increased by 20% and its lifetime has been extended.

Alumet, a worldwide supplier of anodized facade cladding, was looking for a sustainable solution to cool and ventilate the building against the high internal heat load. Oxycom's IntrCooll units cool and ventilate their production facility with 100% fresh air.

CEO Markus Meister: "4 IntrCooll units of 14,000 m³/h ensure a stable indoor temperature between 20-22 degrees. We save 83% CO2 compared to conventional systems and cool without climate-damaging refrigerants."

Unlike mechanical cooling, our system does not recirculate warm, polluted indoor air, but instead ventilates the building with 100% fresh, filtered, clean, and cooled air. The result is a significant improvement in indoor air quality for Zoppas employees.

At the e-commerce distribution center of Kruidvat Ede we installed 6 IntrCooll units. The IntrCooll units are equipped with Natural Ventilator modules integrated with natural exhaust dampers and Heat Reclaim modules to comfortably ventilate during the winter.

Two-stage evaporative cooling, with cooling of fresh outdoor air by up to 17 °C, provides a comfortable working environment to MKW employees. The implementation of the project saves 55 tons of CO2 per year compared to a conventional solution, along with 89% savings on energy costs. 

Due to the enormous heat, indoor temperatures rise quickly in Saudi Arabia. To sustainably cool Century Burger, our IntrCooll is deployed. This keeps energy costs very low and allows guests to enjoy fresh, filtered outdoor air. 

Oxycom delivered 49 IntrCooll units to sustainable cool and ventilate the (semi) open hallways of the 60.000 m²  Tera Mall shopping mall. Tera Mall is the largest shopping center in Taif Province. Customers carry out their shopping while experiencing very pleasant temperatures. 

Dametto (Treviso) and Coretto (Calabria) garden centres optimize ventilation and climate control with Oxycom's solutions. Dametto uses 2 IntrCooll Plus units before their existing AHU for pleasant temperatures and balanced humidity. Coretto employs 5 units, ensuring year-round comfort and up to 90% energy savings. 

Presswood is the largest European manufacturer of disposable pallets. Employees were suffering from discomfort due to the high temperatures within their existing production facility. Oxycom's IntrCooll Plus units contributed to improving both their working conditions and productivity.

Harman Becker is an automotive company producing sound systems for luxury cars. Oxycom's IntrCooll units equipped with air hoses, deliver fresh and cool air through the whole production facility.

Oxycom's IntrCooll systems were installed to retrofit existing rooftop units (AHU's) for the National Commercial Bank, the first and largest bank in Saudi Arabia. IntrCooll lowers the inlet air temperature to the condenser allowing 35-42 % energy savings. 

Oxycom's IntrCooll units helped our customer to achieve efficient cooling and ventilation of their production facility, which was suffering from high heat loads generated by the rotation of the molding machines. Employees benefit now from high indoor air quality too.  

Displacement ventilation with the IntrCooll, ensures that the church is ventilated from the ground, thus creating a pleasant climate up to approximately 2.5m from the ground. 

IntrCooll units were installed to provide good air quality, reducing oil mist. Employees benefit now from 100 % fresh, filtered outside cooled air in their production facility.

Coca Cola was looking for a sustainable solution to pre-cool their condenser units. With PreCooll they are now able to reduce peak power by up to 30% and to save up to 40% energy. 

8 IntrCooll units are used to pre-cool the outdoor intake of the AHU's. The increased cooling capacity generates a significant reduction in energy consumption and a stable production process all year round.

AOL FZE, a producer of optical fibers, installed IntrCooll units in order to ensure a stable production process. They are happy to have achieved their goal and to have realized a comfortable indoor climate and up to 90 % energy savings at the same time.

"We pre-calculated that we would recoup the investment within 5 years, but I think it will be achieved within 3 years. I have recommended many colleagues to add this system to their cooling installation because I foresee more hot summers to come."

In cooperation with Trane, Oxycom supplied and assembled several PreCooll systems for one of the world's largest data center. This adiabatic precooling ensures up to 40% energy savings and it increases the cooling capacity of the condenser units by up to 20%. 

Oxycom's PreCooll lowers the inlet air temperature by up to 16 °C under the Dutch climate condition, creating a cool microclimate around the condenser unit. "Because our condensers do not have to work anymore at full load we notice less energy consumption in our supermarket."

Al Tayer Motors Foton is an established dealership and servicing specialist. They installed 8 IntrCooll Plus units to sustainable cool and ventilate the building with 100% fresh air.  Working conditions and employee productivity have improved significantly since then. 

Eobuwie.pl SA is the leader of the online footwear and accessories sales market in Central and Eastern Europe. With 22 IntrCooll units, they upgraded the cooling capacity of their AHU systems and reduced energy consumption by up to 70%.

Oxycom's PreCooll systems preserve the shelf life of the products. By lowering the incoming air temperature by up to 16 °C  (Dutch climate conditions) they ensure no downtime of the condensers avoiding major food waste.

Injection molding machines release very high thermal loads. During the summer indoor temperatures were hitting 40 °C. Manager, Rob Salden, decided to install 4 Oxycom’s IntrCoolll Plus units: “The unique two-stage evaporative cooling of Oxycom lowers the temperature while adding half as much moisture to the air compared to other adiabatic systems. Employees and products are very happy with this choice!"

The customer wanted an economical comfort cooling solution to replace existing conventional AC. They chose a hybrid solution with 5 IntrCooll combined with DX. The indoor temperature and RH are maintained without the need of the DX coil for 99% of the time. The average indoor temperature is 23°C and the average indoor RH is 54%.

This long wall with OxyVap® media and filters was installed as a replacement for conventional cellulose media, to improve service life and increase adiabatic cooling efficiency.

Due to the high humidity in this area, direct adiabatic cooling doesn’t provide sufficient cooling. With Oxycom's indirect/direct adiabatic technology, indoor spaces can be sustainably cooled with fresh air even in this climate.

Scholma Print & Media is always looking for ways to improve on sustainability. With our sustainable 4Season IntrCooll, employees in the print and production area now enjoy fresh, filtered (cooled) air in summer and winter.

To counteract overload and high energy consumption of the chillers, the PreCooll system was installed. By pre-cooling, the compressors run more efficiently and the pressure remains lower. Thus, the cooling capacity is maintained in hot weather.

After previous experiences with direct adiabatic cooling, metalworking company Penne NV chose Oxycom's indirect/direct adiabatic cooling. The system cools 4 to 7°C deeper than direct adiabatic systems and introduces up to 70% less moisture in the air, resulting in a comfortable indoor climate for employees.

The IntrCooll provides stable temperatures, even in summer, for Jumbo's distribution center in Den Bosch. Of course, the AirOptimizers were executed in the characteristic yellow Jumbo color and function perfectly!

For years, Palsgaard had been looking for a solution to lower the temperature inside the production area at low (energy)costs. Subsequently, Palsgaard A/S chose Oxycom's sustainable climate solution to upgrade their AHU system. The IntrCooll allows the air that passes through the AHU to be pre-cooled in a simple and effective way.

This leading aerospace company in Austria has repeatedly relied on Oxycom's technology - provided by our partner INFRANORM Technologie GmbH. In this current project, our two-stage adiabatic cooling system was installed, which cools 100% with the power of water, eliminating 90% of CO2 emissions and saving 80% operating costs. 

Printing company Zalsman experiences extremely high temperatures in their production area due to the heat the production machines give off. With the installation of 2 IntrCooll units Zalsman saves 90% on CO2 emissions, compared to conventional air conditioning, and provides a comfortable working environment for its employees.

Due to previous experiences with different manufacturers, this cloth and fabric manufacturer believed that adiabatic cooling only increases the humidity and rarely regulates the temperature. But Oxycom's dual-stage adiabatic cooling systems have already proved otherwise, providing deeper cooling with considerably less humidity.  In the future, more IntrCooll units will be installed.

In 2021, 247TailorSteel installed 11 IntrCooll Plus units, each supplying 14.000 m3h of fresh air for their employees in Varsseveld, The Netherlands. One year later, due to a very positive experience, they decided to order 18 more IntrCooll Plus units for their brand-new factory in Langenau, Germany.

At Dalp restaurant in Bologna, an IntrCooll Plus provides a pleasant climate for employees and customers in the restaurant. An area of 200 m2 is thus supplied with fresh, filtered, cooled outside air. 

High outside temperatures make cooling systems lose efficiency and reliability. To tackle this challenge, our partner Oxyma Hungary installed our adiabatic pre-cooling system in the stores of: Hajdúszoboszló, Salgótarján, Siófok, and Cegléd. 

Heemskerk had experience with direct adiabatic cooling, but it remained too warm inside, and it got too humid. Our indirect/direct adiabatic cooling was chosen to cool deeper and supply less moisture. In the winter months, our Heat Reclaim modules ensure heat reuse.

For its “Go Green, Go Social” mission, Coolblue invested in our two-stage evaporative cooling to lower its CO2 emissions along with creating a sustainable, healthy and comfortable indoor climate for its employees. 

At Wire Weaving Dinxperlo, sustainability is a high priority. For example, the entire roof was equipped with 4000 extra-large solar panels. In addition, IntrCooll Plus provides cooled, filtered outdoor air for employees with up to 90% energy savings compared to traditional air conditioners.

At EFM, they were experiencing high internal heat loads. The IntrCooll now provides fresh, filtered, cooled air for production employees. 

Danish Bakery (Malta) could achieve energy savings while reducing CO2 emissions with our sustainable climate control. For that purpose, it also received a grant from the Maltese government through a sustainable investment scheme.

RoosRos is an architectural firm that wanted to cool its office sustainably. After a lot of research and comparisons, they chose Oxycom's IntrCooll. In addition to fresh, filtered outside air, ionization is applied in the office to prevent contamination.  

At Rumailah farm in Fujeirah, 4 units of Oxycom's patented IntrCooll provide a comfortable climate for the cows. This ensures that the cows remain productive and comfortable for maximum milk production. 

Noblesse Proteins, a specialized supplier of high-quality proteins and fats, got equipped with our innovative IntrCooll units to ensure optimal hygienic factory climate, along with high savings on energy costs.

4 IntrCooll units were installed at Eurocept Pharmaceuticals with valuable cooperation with Hoogland Koeltechniek BV to achieve the desired indoor temperature to create a fresh, cooled, filtered and comfortable environment all year round.

Impressed with the performance of Oxycom’s climate control system, ENGIE Saudi Arabia suggested PreCooll for deeper pre-cooling (up to 25 °C) to Prince Sattam- Bin Abdul-Aziz University. In partnership with our partner, Dosan, a wall of 100m was installed for efficient pre-cooling.

For upgrading its existing cooling system, NGK Ceramics chose our sustainable pre-cooling solution. Deeper pre-cooling (up to 25 °C) and improved cooling capacity are ensured after the installation of PreCooll.

Kikkoman Foods Europe B.V. (Netherlands) installed an IntrCooll Standard on a Suport Frame for the AHU (Air Handling Unit) to ensure energy-efficient pre-cooling of the air sucked in by the AHU.

With rising temperatures, Teknor Apex Company in South Carolina, USA, addresses workplace comfort and sustainability. O2 Natural Air, our partner, installed the two-stage IntrCooll cooling system in the plow room (main mixing room), achieving indoor temperatures 5.6 ºC to 13.9 ºC (10 ºF to 25 ºF) cooler than outside. 

Isuzu Motors improved productivity and comfort in Verona with three IntrCooll units installed by Cleverclima srl in 2022, resulting in sustainable cooling, significant energy savings, and 100% fresh air.

Mexma, a tortilla producer, resolved high-temperature issues in their production halls with Oxycom's climate control solution. This ensured 24/7 production, optimal conditions, ideal humidity, year-round comfort for employees, and significant energy savings.
